LAKE THERMAL SUITE ETIQUETTE
- Guests must be over 18 years of age to avail of the gym and Thermal Suite.
- Avoid using the facilities or consult a doctor before using the gym and Thermal Suite if you: have medical conditions (such as heart disease, respiratory issues, epilepsy, diabetes, low or high blood pressure or skin conditions), have recently had surgery, are undergoing medical treatment and/or are pregnant.
- Respect your allocated time slot. Arrive 5-10 minutes before your session and leave when your session finishes.
- Swimwear is required during your visit to the thermal suite. Swimsuits are available for sale at the Thermal Suite reception.
- There are changing rooms and lockers for guests wishing to use the Thermal Suite before check-in and after check-out. Robes, towels and flip flops are provided.
- Respect the peace and tranquillity of other guests by speaking softly, keeping noise to a minimum.
- Do not leave towels, robes, water glasses or belongings on the heated loungers or in the saunas or steam room when not in use.
- Refrain from smoking or using vapes or e-cigarettes in the Thermal Suite and the outdoor area by the pool and hot tub.
- Electronic devices should not be used in the water or thermal areas.
- No food or drink are to be consumed during your visit, water is provided in the relaxation area.
- Please note that we do not have a lifeguard on duty at the pool area. The pool is a depth of 1.2 meters.
We ask that you respect the above etiquette to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all.
