Lake Hotel Killarney Web Cam

Our Web Cam is currently experiencing a maintenance issue, we will have it up and running as soon as possible

Our Lake Hotel Web Cam has great views of our 12th Century floodlit McCarthy mór Castle, the Mangerton mountain range and the world-famous Lakes of Killarney. One of the most remarkable features you will notice is the dramatic changes in the landscape as the horizon changes from dawn to dusk. Wildlife can be seen frequently throughout the year, especially during October when stags of the native red deer begin rutting. This is the country’s largest wild mammal and a sight to behold. Weighing up to 200kg with a full set of antlers, witnessing these creatures bellow during mating season is a memorable experience. Along with the Red Deer, the occasional white-tailed eagle can be seen briefly flying by as well as boats along the Lake, especially during the summer. Wintertime can be a bit quieter but seeing the dramatic difference of the grounds covered in snow is quite interesting.

This webcam is on all year round, giving you a great insight on what to expect when visiting The Lake Hotel.
